Mark always provides a thorough and clear explanation of the problem and he makes it clear when it’s not necessary to spend money on a repair. Their prices are reasonable and they work fast. What more could you want!
The guys at Northern Repair were very courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They fixed my car well, and checked with me before any repairs were made. I will absolutely return to this shop and send friends there too. I am very picky about who works on my Volkswagen, and they have won me over.
Mark and his crew are incredibly honest and reasonable. We transferred from another small shop, and have been thrilled with the quality, honesty and reasonable prices the shop offers. Where else would you be told to go elsewhere when they cannot offer the right prices? We once had to replace a belt and they only charged the price of the belt, and did not even charge labor. I highly recommend them.

It’s a 15-mile plus drive for me to go to Northern Automotive, but it is worth the drive. Just by chance I did a mechanic search for an auto shop that wasn’t connected to a dealer. I did this for a friend, and I was so impressed with Northern Auto Repairs Inc that I made them my repair shop. They don’t overcharge and their workmanship is top notch.
